Clive was recommended to us by a family friend and from the first contact we made Clive was, professional, friendly, honest and couldn’t have done anymore for us. He responded to emails in sufficient time, sent letters and liaised with our solicitor, accountant and estate agent. Mark went above and beyond for us. He knew my work hours were strict so would contact me on the evening and make home visits outside of his working hours to suit us. He explained everything in a simple but detailed way so we knew exactly what we were paying for.
