We had initially been dealing with another mortgage adviser from a different firm, who seemed generally disinterested and completely unable to grasp that as the sole director of my own small business, my personal financial circumstances fell outside of the typical everyday tick-box application form which she was evidently far more comfortable dealing with.

After wasting four long weeks getting fobbed off by this adviser and being presented with an ever longer list of 'problems' and reasons why our case was very difficult to place (even with our existing lender), it seemed we were about to lose our dream home.

Graham was very prompt and attentive in helping us to complete our application, and sure enough everything else has run like clockwork.

In summary, the difference between Graham Fereday and our original mortgage adviser was immeasurable. His extensive experience, detailed product knowledge and no-nonsense enthusiastic approach made all the difference.
